01Today

Today's decisions run on fragmented, late and mismeasured data.

  1. Each system knows part of the customer.

Meta, WhatsApp, the online store, the physical stores and the loyalty program each keep their own part. Nobody measures what happens between an ad or a broadcast and an in-store purchase.

  2. Reports arrive late.

Building a report takes hours of exporting, cross-referencing spreadsheets and reconciling numbers by hand. By the time it is ready, the campaign is over and the drop in visit frequency has already happened.

  3. The metrics don't reflect what is happening.

Each team measures with its own definition. Sales may or may not include cancellations, and a customer who buys online and in store is counted twice. Decisions rest on numbers that don't match reality.

02The plumbing

What we build before the first analysis.

  1. 01

    We connect every source.

Campaigns, WhatsApp, the online store, point of sale and the loyalty program end up in one place.

  2. 02

    We identify the same customer.

What a person does in each channel is tied back to them.

  3. 03

We define what every number means.

Every metric has a single definition, the same for every team.

Works inside Claude and ChatGPT

  • Which customers bought groceries after seeing a Meta campaign?
  • Which campaigns end in purchases at our stores?
  • Which segments respond best to specific campaigns or offers?

04For the teams behind growth

Marketing, leadership and finance, on the same numbers.

  1. Marketing

    • Which campaigns and broadcasts end in purchases, online and in store.
    • Segments built from purchases and behavior across every channel.
    • Members whose visit frequency dropped, in time to win them back.
  2. CEOs and leadership

    • One view of the customer across online, stores and loyalty.
    • Answers in plain language, without waiting for a report.
    • The same numbers marketing and finance use.
  3. CFOs and finance

    • Ad spend against net sales, in local currency.
    • Cost per customer and average ticket by channel and segment.
    • A written definition for every metric, with no manual reconciliation.
05How we work

We connect to the systems you already have.

We scope the implementation with your team, starting from what already exists (e‑commerce, point of sale, loyalty program, campaigns), and connect L8 to those systems.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to change any system?

No. L8 connects to what you already use: Meta's APIs, the pixel on the online store, and exports or APIs from the point of sale and the loyalty program. Nothing is replaced and no customer-facing process changes.

Does it work if our online store isn't on Tiendanube or Shopify?

Yes. The L8 pixel is installed from Google Tag Manager, on any platform.

What does IT need to do on their side?

Agree with us on how each system is accessed, through a periodic export or an API, and give us read access. We define it together when we scope the work.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope we define together: how many sources we connect and how each one is accessed.

Where is the data and who sees it?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and kept separate from other companies' data. Your team and the L8 team working on your account see it, and it is used only to analyze your business.

How do we query the data?

In the L8 platform or from Claude, with the L8 connector, by asking questions in plain language.
